To Configure the Event Filter Tables

1. To configure a PEF EventFilterTable target, enter the following commands:

–> cd /SP/AgentInfo/PEF

/SP/AgentInfo/PEF –> show

The result of executing the show command appears:

By examining the output of the show command, you can view the current global
control configuration. If necessary use the cd and show commands to navigate to
and examine the individual event filter table targets. You will need to decide
which table you are going to configure.

2. When you have decided which EventFilterTable to configure, enable the table

by entering the following commands:

This example uses EventFilterTable1.

/SP/AgentInfo/PEF –> cd EventFilterTable1

/SP/AgentInfo/PEF/EventFilterTable1–> set status=enable

/SP/AgentInfo/PEF

Targets:

EventFilterTable1

EventFilterTable2

EventFilterTable3

EventFilterTable4

EventFilterTable5

EventFilterTable6

Properties:

PEFGlobalCtrl = enable

PEFActionGlobalCtrlPowerOff = enable

PEFActionGlobalCtrlPowerCycle = enable

PEFActionGlobalCtrlPowerReset = enable

PEFActionGlobalCtrlAlert = enable

PEFActionGlobalCtrlMail = enable

PEFActionGlobalCtrlInterrupt = enable
