A forced reload procedure consists of three steps:
1. Step 1 - Preparations .
2. Step 2 - Set to “Forced Reload” Mode .
3. Step 3 - Configuring and Uploading Files .

A forced reload procedure can only be done when you have physical access
to the RLM.
• Familiarize yourself with the location of the RLM:
Do you need special equipment to access the Access Point RLM, such
as a ladder or keys to get into the room where the Radio Link Module is
located?
• Do you have a back-up copy of the RLMs current configuration file
(*.cnf)?

configuration.

RLM that apply in your network again.
Back-up copies may have been created upon initial installation using the

option of the RLM Manager program.
