When you configured the RLMs at your desk, i.e. the Radio Link Modules
were not yet installed into their intended location, label each Access Point
RLM with clear instructions for your installation technicians.
1. Record the intended location of the Access Point RLM on a label and
attach the label to the Radio Link Module.
2. Record the name of the file with the RLM’s configuration data and the
location where you will install the Access Point RLM on the “Access
Point Configuration Record”
.
3. When finished, store the back-up files (*.cnf), your template file
( ³common.cnf”) and your “Access Point Configuration Record” in a safe
place.
