Troubleshooting –
Black Video Tile
This means something is blocking the
video stream from displaying.
Things to consider:
The 3000 port or the port you changed it
to is blocked on the network.
Anti-Virus or Windows Firewall is
blocking the video (You may need to
add TruVision Navigator to the
Application Exception List as per the
screen shot below)
Network bandwidth is too low to support
the current cameras video stream. This
is typical when configuring one or more
streams on a mega pixel camera.
