Create a file called C:\Program
Files\Veritas\NetBackup\db\config\SIZE_DATA_BUFFERS.

Enter the block size in decimal bytes on a line by itself, such as
131072, which is 1024*128 in decimal bytes.

Run the backup process.
Note:
The largest bock size support by NetBackup 5.1 for Windows
is 128K or 131072 decimal bytes.
