B.1
INTRODUCTION
This appendix defines the SCPI subsystem commands and queries used with the MBT Power
Supply controller. Subsystem commands are defined in PAR. B.2 through B.54, arranged in
groups as they appear in the tree diagram, Figure 3-4. Table B-1 provides a quick reference of
all SCPI subsystem commands and queries used in the Interface Card.

INITiate[:IMMediate] COMMAND
INIT[:IMM]
Syntax:
Short Form: INIT:[IMM] Long Form: INITiate[:IMMediate]
Description: Enables a single trigger. If INIT:CONT is OFF, then INIT[:IMM] arms the trigger system for a single
trigger. If INIT:CONT is ON, then the trigger system is continuously armed and INIT[:IMM] is redun-
dant. This command enables a single trigger. A GPIB
sequence. Upon receipt of the
grammed values of voltage and current established by the VOLT:TRIG and CURR:TRIG commands.
After a GPIB
mands have no effect unless preceded by INIT or INIT:CONT ON. Related Commands:
*RST, *TRG. (See example, Figure B-3.)
