Keyer, Voice Over and Easyplay Layers
Many objects require you to specify which device layer the object’s actions will apply. The
following table describes that depending upon the type of object, the property for specifying
the device layer may be either K
EYER , V OICE O VER or E ASYPLAY L AYER .
K EYER All DSK related objects, as well as the F ADE TO B LACK /S ILENCE object have
a K EYER property. You must specify a numerical value (1 to 4) to identify the
device’s keyer layer that the object’s actions will be applied.
V OICE O VER The VO B UTTON , VO L EVEL , VO R ATE and VO G RAPH objects have a V OICE
O VER property. You must specify a numerical value (1 to 16) to identify the
device’s voice-over layer onto which the object’s actions will be applied.
E ASYPLAY L AYER The V OICE O VER M EDIA S ELECTOR and Q UICK V OICE O VER M EDIA S ELECTOR
objects both have an E ASYPLAY L AYER property. The Easyplay layer property
specifies onto which of the device’s Easyplay layers the Media Selector
object will load the audio file.
