Clip Assets: Opening and editing the Mark In/Out settings
Once you have moved the handles to the desired locations along the video track:
If you are using the standalone Mark In/Out Editor in ENPS:
• You can preview the edited clip’s playout using the Editor’s Transport controls,
current position line, and the Preview panel (see “Previewing the clip in the
standalone Mark In/Out Editor” on page 8-10 ).
• If you are satisfied with the edits to the clip, then click the A PPLY button to
insert the clip into the story. The clip will now contain the new Trim In and Trim
Out settings.
If you are using the embedded Mark In/Out Editor in iNEWS:
• If you are satisfied with the edits to the clip, the current Trim In and Trim Out
settings are automatically applied to the clip in the story.
