Acquiring images from the AP Graphics Bank
4. For images that are listed that you do not wish to purchase, click the X button to remove
them from the list. To restore all removed images, click the R
ESTORE button.
5. When all image properties have been entered, click on the P URCHASE button to execute
a purchase of the images in the list.
Each image is updated with the high resolution version of the image from the AP
Graphics bank and its properties are updated. After the purchase is complete the
purchase status is displayed next to each image.
6. Once the purchases are successful, click C ANCEL to close the window.
Categories By default, purchased images are automatically moved from
the G
RAPHICS B ANK _P REVIEW category on the Xmedia
Server to the G RAPHICS B ANK _P URCHASE category.
If you would prefer to store the image immediately in
another category, you may use the tree view in the
Categories pane to select the categories in which you want
the image to reside.
You may also add a new category to the tree by selecting a
category in the tree and clicking the A
DD C ATEGORY button.
The new subcategory is added as a child of the selected
category. Type a new name for the subcategory. The new
category will be checked and ready to receive the image
asset.
Click on the R EFRESH button to update the category tree
from the Xmedia Server.
