Using remote protocols
You can control AppCenter using remote control devices and applications software
developed for the K2 system that use industry-standard serial or Ethernet control
protocols. You can enable remote control mode from AppCenter.

About AMP protocol support
You can use Advanced Media Protocol (AMP) to control AppCenter record and play
channels. This protocol is an extension of the Odetics protocol. External control
devices can be connected via rear panel RS-422 serial connectors or an Ethernet
network connection. AMP player supports the use of a two-head model in that two
clips are loaded simultaneously. Refer to the K2 System Guide for details.

AMP Advanced Media Protocol (AMP) - AMP is an extension of the Odetics
protocol.
BVW BVW Protocol - supports standard set of commands used for VTR machine
control. BVW Insert Edit, used by most edit control panels, is not supported.

Event Scheduler Must have Event Scheduler (Sabretooth) license installed
