Transition Main Menu
The figure above shows the typical parameters for a Wipe pattern:
•
Width
allows you to set the border width.
•
Split
allows you to set the proportion of inner and outer part of the
border.
The outer part is displayed in Matte 1 color, the inner part is displayed
in Matte 2 color. If Split is set to 0 % or 100 %, only one color is dis-
played.
•
Softness
allows you to set the softness of the border’s outer and inner
edges, and for the color crossing between outer and inner part.
Note
If Width is set to 0 %, the border is turned off and only one edge is displayed.
The Softness of this edge is determined by the Outer value. Inner and Split
have no effect.
Note
Matte 1 and Matte 2 have the same default colors. Some parameter changes
are only visible if different colors are set for Matte 1 and Matte 2.
SD Transitions
You can independently define transitions for the SD background and the
two SD keyers.

For the SD background, the following effect categories are available:
