Bypass Framesync.

Allows you to activate/de-activate the automatic frame synchronization
for synchronous input signals.

This button is only available if

Ext. Lock Enable

in the Video Output Settings

section is active (see Video SD Output Settings on page 126).

Note

If framesync is active, there is always a delay of at least one frame for this
source.

Alignment

Allows you to adjust the video size of HR sources:

Use Overscan X to cut the video signal on the left and on the right.

Use Overscan Y to cut the video signal on the top and on the bottom.

Use Position X and Position Y to change the position of the video
signal.

Preserve Aspect

Allows you to preserve the aspect ratio of the source signal when changing
the size:

If active, after sizing the video signal via Overscan, the image gets re-
sized regarding the aspect ratio. This may result in (black) borders on
the left and right or on the top and bottom of the image if it does not
match the output window exactly.

If not active, after sizing the video signal via Overscan, the image gets
re-sized to the full output window, regardless of its original aspect
ratio.

For background signals (program and preset), the “output window” is the
screen of the PGM or PVW monitor. For HR keyers in PiP mode, it is the
size that you defined in the Transform section (see HR Keys on page 95).
