This chapter includes information on how to change the state of the LEDs and how to pro-
gram the push-button.
LEDs
There are 12 LEDs on the Click 500 faceplate. The multicolored LEDs in the middle of the
module are called the system LEDs. The eight remaining LEDs constitute the submenus,
with the bank of yellow LEDs representing submenu 1 and the bank of red LEDs represent-
ing submenu 2.
You will not be able to program the system LEDs, but you will be given control over the
submenu LEDs. Each LED is uniquely named and numbered for convenient identification
(see Figure 5.1). The Click500led library provides functions for managing the LEDs on the
Click 500.
