ClickDioVccCheck
Checks the DC supply voltage to determine if it exceeds the selected threshold. The thresh-
old is either 12 V or 24 V depending upon the on/off level of position 6 of DIP switch 2
(SW2) on the side of the device.
Position 6 - On = 24 VDC supply threshold - Off = 12 VDC supply threshold
VCC_OK == 1 (> supply threshold)
VCC_LOW == 0
