Daily Fuel Report
The Daily Fuel report provides the following information:
• Rental equipment I.C. number (cells A9…A29 and A48…A68)
• Rental equipment R.A. number (cells C9…C29 and C48…C68)
• On Highway gallons (cells E9…E29 and E48…E68)
• Off Highway gallons (cells F9…F29 and F48…F68)
• Mechanics Trucks I.C. number (cells H9…H18 and H48…H56)
• On Highway gallons (cells I9…I18 and I48…I56)
• Delivery Trucks I.C. number (cells H20…H29 and H58…H68)
• On Highway gallons (cells I20…I29 and I58…I68)
• “Misc/Other” I.C. number (cells H31…H32 and H70…H71)
• On Highway gallons (cells I31…I32 and I70…I71)
• “Misc/Shop Use” I.C. number (cells H34…H36 and H73 … H75)

• Meter 3 (cells F8, F11…F98 and F110, F113… F200)
• Meter 4 (cells G8, G11…G98 and G110, G113… G200)
• Meter 5 (cells H8, H11…H98 and H110, H113…H200)
• Meter 6 (cells I8, I11…I98 and I110, I113…I200)
• Daily water in inches (cell K8, K11…K98 and K110, K113…K200)
• Daily total inches (cell K9, K12…K99 and K111, K114…K201)
• Daily gallons (cell K10, K13…K100 and K112, K115…K202). This will be “0” if the
Hertz PC TopKAT Online software was unable to convert the inch reading to gallons.
