Online Normal Fueling Sequence
The display will scroll to “ENTER EQUIPMENT #” since Keyless is the only entry mode.
Upon selecting the equipment number, the display shows:
“EQUIPMENT #”.
(the selected number is shown here)
Press Enter and the display shows:
“Retrieving data.
please wait”
The Equipment number is sent to the PC, which returns the Equipment Record to the TopKAT
system.
If an Equipment Record is not found, the display shows “NO EQUIPMENT RECORD”.
This is displayed for 3 seconds and the sequence is terminated.
If an Equipment Record is not received within 15 seconds, the TopKAT system reverts to
Fallback Scenario 2 described in section
“Offline Scenario 2” on page A-7 .
If the Maximum Fuelings/Day has been exceeded, the display shows “DAILY LIMIT
EXCEEDED”. This is displayed for 3 seconds and the sequence is terminated.
If a successful Equipment Number entry has been made and the Equipment Type is Rental
Equipment, the display shows “ENTER RA NUMBER”.
After accepting the Rental Agreement Number (or after acceptance of the Equipment Number,
if the equipment is not Rental Equipment) the display shows “ENTER DRIVER #”.
Enter the number, press Enter and the display shows
“Retrieving data.
please wait”.
The Driver number is sent to the PC, which returns the Driver Record to the TopKAT system.
