The Equipment number is entered and accepted. The display shows:
“INITIAL FILLUP?
PRESS [YES] OR [NO]
YES = skip to On Highway/Off Highway question
NO = proceed to Rental Equipment question
RENTAL EQUIPMENT?
PRESS [YES] OR [NO]”
If YES is pressed, the display shows “ENTER RA NUMBER:”
After accepting the Rental Agreement Number entry, the display shows:
“ON HIGHWAY?
PRESS [YES] OR [NO]”
After this input, proceed to ENTER DRIVER #.
If NO is pressed for the RENTAL EQUIPMENT question, the display shows:
“MECHANICS TRUCK?
PRESS [YES] OR [NO]”
If NO is pressed, the display shows:
“DELIVERY TRUCK?
PRESS [YES] OR [NO]”
If NO is pressed, the display shows:
“SHOP USE?
PRESS [YES] OR [NO]”
If NO is pressed, the display shows:
“MISC/OTHER?
PRESS [YES] OR [NO]”
