Amp: Attenuation State
Mute (◄ ► E)
Select Attenuation, Amplifier, or Mute using the
◄ ►
arrows keys, then press ENTER to
continue. Note the following:

Attenuation
(KPA-040/-080/-100 ONLY)
Input and displays the KPA attenuation setting which is selected between 0.00
dB to 20.00 dB in 0.25 dB steps. The default setting is 10.00 dB.
This
command is not valid for KPA-020IN operation.
Amplifier
Control supply voltage to RF FETS. The default mode is ON.
Mute
Provides KPA mute control. The default is OFF.
If Attenuation is selected:
IMPORTANT
This command is not valid for KPA-020IN operation.
Attenuation: 10.00 dB
Select the KPA attenuation setting using ▲ ▼ arrow keys to select a value between 0.00 dB to
20.00 dB (in 0.25 dB steps). The default setting is 10.00 dB. Press ENTER when done.
Note: This command is valid only in Remote Æ Local mode. If the user attempts to edit this
setting while in Remote Æ Serial or Remote Æ Ethernet mode, the following message
displays:
THIS UNIT IS CURRENTLY
IN REMOTE MODE!!
If State is selected:
Amplifier: OFF ON

Select the Amplifier State as OFF or ON using the
◄ ►
arrow keys, then press ENTER.
Note: This command is valid only in Remote Æ Local mode. If the user attempts to edit this
setting while in Remote Æ Serial or Remote Æ Ethernet mode, the following message
displays:
THIS UNIT IS CURRENTLY
IN REMOTE MODE!!
If Mute is selected:
Amp Mute: OFF ON

Select the Amplifier Mute control as OFF or ON using the

arrow keys, then press ENTER.
