Configuring the Camera (Cont.)

The following explains how to configure settings related to sending mail
when the camera detects that the internal battery has run out of power.

I Configuring the conditions for sending mail when the inter

nal battery runs out of power

The internal battery may be out of power when the network camera is first

unpacked after purchase or has been left unused with the power turned

off for a while. Note that the network camera will no longer indicate the
current time because the time and date are reset to their initial values

when the internal battery runs out of power.

^If the time is not set correctly, the recording/playing functions may not

work right. Be sure to set correct time.

1) Configure the "Conditions for Send Mail When

Internal Battery Runs Out Of Power" setting

■Set the "Send Mail When Internal Battery Runs Out of Power" to "ON" or

"OFF."

^NOTE

• The default setting is "ON."

■ The text entered here becomes the body of messages.
