•The power of the

camera is not turned

on.

•Turn on the power.

•LAN cable is not

connected.

•Connect the LAN cable of the

camera to a hub or router in the

right way.

•Be sure to turn on the power of

the hub and router.

•The order of

connecting LAN

cable and turning on

the power of the

camera is not right.

•If you turn on the camera before

connecting the LAN cable, the

camera perceives it as wireless

LAN mode. Connect the LAN

cable to the hub or router first and

then, turn on the camera again.

^Be sure to turn on the power of

the hub and router.

•The order of

connecting LAN

cable and turning on

the power of the

camera is not right.

•If you connect the LAN cable to

the powered on hub or router first,

the camera perceives it as wired

LAN mode. Even if you disconnect

the cable after the camera started

as the wired, it will not turn to

wireless mode. In this case, turn

on the power of the camera again

when disconnecting the LAN cable.

•LAN cable is not

connected to the PC.

•Connect the LAN cable to the PC

in the right way.

•Wireless LAN setting

is not right.

•Confirm that the wireless LAN

setting of the camera and your

wireless LAN environment are the

same.

•IP address of the PC

near your PC or the

camera.

•The network camera uses 2.4GHz

radio range. If you have microwave

near the PC or the camera, or if

you are using something like

, it would be difficult to

have good wireless connection.

•Try setting other wireless

channels which has better

connection.
