Symptom

Cause
•Lost the power of a
wireless router or
access point (AP)
during the
performance.
•Did not perform any
operations for more
than 5 minutes while
you are displaying
admin menu or other
setting menus.
•HTTP port number in
"Network Connection
Settings" under
"Network Settings"
has been changed.
•IP address in
"Network Connection
Settings" under
"Network Settings"
has been changed.
How to Manage
•Make sure that the power of a
wireless router or access point
(AP) is ON.
•The network camera setting
screen automatically logs you out
when you don't perform any
operations for more than 5
minutes. Try login procedure again
5 minutes later.
•Usually the network camera uses
"80" for the HTTP port number. If
you set the number other than 80,
enter the number registered as
the HTTP port number in Camera
Finder, and then try administrator
login procedure again.
•When entering the IP address of
the network camera directly to the
browser, assign the port number
after <:> like the example below
and try to login again.
•If you change the IP address, you
cannot keep your settings in the
setting screen with your old IP
address. Search your camera with
the application, Camera Finder,
and try administrator login
procedure again.
•When you enter IP address of the
camera directly to the browser,
enter the new IP address in URL
like example below, and try login
procedure again.
