Cause
Network Camera is not
connected to the LAN
properly.
The DHCP server is not
turned ON, or there is no
DHCP server on the
network even though
"DHCP" setting is set to
"ON".
The camera is not on
the same network
segment with DHCP
server.
Couldn't get necessary
information from the
DHCP server.
How to Manage
Make sure that the
Network Camera and
the LAN cable are
correctly connected to
the network.
Make sure that the
DHCP server is turned
on.
If you set the "DHCP"
setting to "OFF," it
means that you are not
using the DHCP Server.
In that case, make sure
to enter correct IP
address and other
information in the
setting menu.
Re-check the DHCP
server settings.
