Symptom

Cause
•You have entered
and saved different
IP address from your
PC to "Access
Restriction Settings"
under "Security
Settings."

address from your
PC to "Filtering
Settings" under
"Security Settings."

Environment SE
Ver1.4.2 is not
installed.
•The Internet line is
busy.
•There are not
enough resources
(CPU power, RAM).
How to Manage
•Try login procedure again after
setting the IP address which you
have set to "Access Restriction
Settings" of the camera to your
PC.
•When you forget the IP address
you have set to "Access
Restriction settings," you need to
reset the setting information in
the network camera. Remember
that if you perform reset procedure
of the camera, all the settings you
have made will be deleted and the
camera goes back to its default
settings. See page 83 for details
on how to perform reset
procedures.
