Configuring Settings for Wireless LAN
To establish a wireless connection, it is necessary for the administrator to
configure the appropriate wireless LAN settings. The administrator also
needs to configure the IP address. For details on configuring the IP ad­
dress, refer to "Configuring the IP Address" (^ page 43).

of "Network Settings"

■ The settings appear in the right side of the window.

I Configure the communication mode

® Select an item from the pull-down menu.
■ If you are going to connect the network camera to the network via a
wireless broadband router or access point (AP), select "infrastructure."
If you are going to connect the network camera directly to a personal
computer, select "adhoc."
