Setting the Size of the Paper
There are three different settings for the size of the printing paper. The MFC
automatically will reduce and print the incoming data according to this setting of the
size of the paper in the cassette.
1. Press Function.
2. Wait for two seconds.
3. Press 1.
4. Press 5.
5. Press 6.
6. Press ^ (left arrow) or ^ (right arrow)
to select either LETTER, LEGAL or A4.
Example: LEGAL
7. Press Set.
8. Press 1 to go to the REDUCTION setting
in Function, 1,5, 5. (See pages 67-68.)
9. Press ^ (left arrow) or (right arrow)
to select either AUTO, 100%, 93%, 87%,
o r 75%.
Example: AUTO
10. Press Set.
11. Press Stop to exit.
THF DISPLAY WILL SHOW:
