Using the Manual White Balance Adjustment
Function
If there is only one light source:

Attach the Lens Cap to the Lens.

Set to “MANUAL”.

Keep pressed until the screen in the
Viewfinder becomes completely
white.
Keep pressed for more than 1 second.
The following indications in the Viewfindèr inforni àbdut thè "
state of the adjustment:
O “WHITE” flashes slowly...... Not adjusted
© “WHITE” flkshes rapidly . V. . During adjustment
© “W.SET” is lit .......... ...... . :. . Adjustment is finished
The Movie Camera is now ready for shooting.
■ To Change Back to the Auto White Balance Adjustment
Mode.:.
Press the fW.B] Button briefly. The “W.SET” Indication in the
Viewfinder will disappear.

■ Automatic Recall of the Previous White Balance Setting
•After setting the [OPERATE] Switch to “OFF” and later to
“CAMERA” again, the “WHITE” Indication flashes slowly,
howeVèr; thè]àSt previous White Bafande Getting is stilt
maintained.
However, to ensure the best possible coldur repfbductibn, adjust
the white balance again.
The last previous white bàlàricè seffihg is also maintained after
pressing the [REW/01] Button to cpnfirm the end of the

But after removing the Battery Pack (or disconnecting the AC
Adaptor frortithe Movie Camera) th;éiast previous white balancei'
setting is no longer maintained.

versa, be sure to adjust the white balance, asthe cOlòur of the
light has changed considerably.
