Select the question mode from the Mode drop-down list.

Edit the question title in the textbox.

Edit the answer options in the Answers textboxes.

Click the OK button to complete the settings.

Click the Cancel button to exit the editing window.
3. Add a True/False Question

Click True/False and the Add a Question window will pop up.

Select the question mode from the Mode drop-down list.

Edit the question title in the textbox.

Click the OK button to complete the settings.

Click the Cancel button to exit the editing window.
4. Add a Yes/No question

Click Yes/No and the Add a Question window will pop up.
