The table below shows the reports and lists that can be printed from your machine. Refer to the
pages indicated for more details.
„ ACTIVITY REPORT
The machine is factory-set to print an ACTIVITY REPORT after every 20 transactions. You can
also select whether to print this report manually or automatically.

Report or List Description
ACTIVITY REPORT Shows recent facsimile transactions performed by your
machine. You can enable or disable automatic printing of this
report after every 20 transactions. You can also manually set
the machine to print it.

CODED SPEED DIAL
TELEPHONE NO. LIST Lists the destination numbers and names registered for coded
dial speed dialing.

sender information.

REPORT Prints after transmission of a document.
