XOFFA – Off Attenuation Mode
This command selects/reports the off attenuation value of a Mic channel. This command can be used to replace
the OFFA command for the M group.

This command dials a speed dial number by name. This command can be used to replace the PBDIAL command
for the R group. There is no query for this command.
