refzero
Int
λ
The intensity measured when
recording the zero spectrum at the
wavelength set for the reference
channel.
refakt
Int
λ
The actual intensity measured at
the wavelength set for the reference
channel.
Intensity
The intensity (y-axis) is given as a function of
the wavelength (x-axis).
Zero
A click on
Zero
shows the last zero spectrum to
have been recorded (a zero spectrum is
recorded by clicking on the
button on
the subtab
Manual/Detector
of the 844 control
window).
The zero spectrum is a reference spectrum. It
should be recorded at a time at which there is
no sample in the measuring cell. It is used for
calculating the absorption spectrum (see above
formulas).
Wavelength, nm
Sets the shown x-axis range
Entry range:
190 ... 900 nm
, (standard settings
190 nm and 900 nm,
Upper limit
must be higher
than
Lower limit
).
Spectrum
Sets the shown y-axis range
Standard settings:
0 ... 100.
Spline
Activates curve smoothing.
Send values to the 844 UV/VIS Compact IC.
Opens the dialog for entering the path and file
name. Saves the last recorded spectrum in the
selected .cvs-file. Format: 2 lines of floating
numbers (first line: wavelength, second line:
absorption or intensity).
Copies plot into clipboard.
Closes
window.
If a right-hand mouse click is made in the spectrum window the
wavelength
Current wavelength
and the corresponding absorption value
Current spec. value
will be shown.
