• Cut a piece of 6.1831.010 PEEK capillary to the required
length and attach one end of it to outlet "OUT"

2.10 Putting
into
operation
2.10.1 Putting into operation without post column reactor
Before you start injecting sample solutions with Versions 2.844.0010 /
2.844.0030 / 2.844.0110 / 2.844.0130 (without post column reactor)
the whole system must be checked for leaks and conditioned with
eluent until a stable baseline has been achieved. Proceed as follows:
When inserting the column always make sure that it is inserted
correctly in the flow direction shown on the sticker (the arrow must
point in the flow direction).
1 Open and connect system
• Start the «IC Net» PC program, if it has not already been
started.
• Select
File / Open / System
in the main window. Open the
system file created in Section 2.5.4 for the 844 UV/VIS
Compact IC.
