Proceed as follows to install the column heating:
1 Insert the column heating
• Carefully place the column heating inside the 844 UV/VIS
Compact IC. Pay attention to the capillaries at feedthroughs
115 and 121 (see Section2.8.4.2).
• Use the magnetic holders 119 to attach the column heating
to their counterparts on the left-hand side inner panel of the
844 UV/VIS Compact IC.
2 Connect column heating
• Plug 6.2108.140 Cable into connection 114 of the column
heating and connection 127.
