Array Shift Up (ASU)
Use this instruction to shift elements in an array from bottom to top. This instruction can
be useful for tracking parts and/or data.
When EN transitions from false to true, the instruction:
D moves the first element of Array to Out
D shifts the remaining elements up to fill in the empty location
D moves In into the last element of the array
