After renaming a computer that FactoryTalk Transaction Manager
is running on and adding a Configuration Server with the new
computer name, the old computer name may continue to appear in
the Configuration tree with a red slash. This condition occurs
because the old computer name is no longer available on the
network.
As a workaround, perform the following steps:
• In FactoryTalk Transaction Manager, right-click the
configuration server that you want to remove, and then click
Delete Configuration Server.
