Post-installation tasks
Additional settings are required to use RSBizWare properly with
Microsoft Windows operating systems and Internet Explorer, which
provide additional security features intended to protect your system
from unknown programs and web sites.
To view RSBizWare reports properly with Internet Explorer, you
need to add the name of the RSBizWare server to trusted sites in
Internet Explorer.
To configure trusted sites:
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options. The Internet
Options dialog box appears.
3. Go to the Security tab, click Trusted Sites, and click Sites.
The Trusted Sites dialog box appears.
4. Under Add this Web site to the zone, type
http://ServerName
.
ServerName
is the name of the RSBizWare server as shown in
the System Properties in Control Panel.
5. Click Add.
6. Click Close, and then click OK.
To import the sample data into the RSBizWare database:
1. Go to Start > All Programs > Rockwell Software >
FactoryTalk Tools > Database Wizard.
