Migrating RSBizWare Chapter 4
TIP
If you are migrating the RSBizWare suite from two computers, perform
the following steps on the Source RSBizWare server computer.
It is necessary that you restore on the target computer the following
elements of the ODBC data source configuration:
• The data source name.
• The login ID and the password of your RSBizWare SQL
Server database to which you are connecting with the ODBC
data source.
Since there is no automatic way of backing up this information, use
your preferred method of storing it for reference.
To view your ODBC data source configuration:
1. Go to Start > All Programs > Administrative Tools > Data
Sources (ODBC).
The ODBC Data Source Administrator dialog box appears.
2. Click the System DSN tab.
3. Under System Data Sources, select the data source whose
configuration you want to check, and then click Configure.
The information about the login and password to your
RSBizWare SQL Server database is presented in different
ways, depending on whether you have chosen the SQL Server
