The
compensator
also be used for
detection where there is no
detection System. The
modulation of the dancer-Position controller enables a slow control
of the
compensator output, until the dancer-Position
controller returns to a modulation window (Cl 94) to be set. The
acceleration and deceleration times C
be set in
seconds so that an instability in the control
by the dancer
modulation is avoided. The acceleration and deceleration times
be set so that a
increase
still be compensated.

Input of correction value
(only for asynchronous machines)
The correction value for the field frequency
be set
(see
flow
page 120). This value
only
be entered as a bit value (+ 16383 to 16383) via the serial
Cl 93 . lt
be saved via CO03. The
resolution and the increment of the correction value is 0.03 Hz as
the entered value 16383 equals 480 Hz.
Recommendation:
The entered correction value should not exceed the rated
frequency.
Caution!
entered value is immediately added to the calculated values
being processed by the ramp
generator. That
means that high correction
may lead to high torques and the
limiting
be activated (see
flow
10).
