Remarks: Sets the frequency used to look up the correction data from the sensor`s
internal table.
Examples: Both of the following examples set the frequency for cal source frequency
to 25 GHz for sensor A.

Remarks: Sets the source of the calibration factor. Frequency uses the internal EE-
PROM calibration factor value in the sensor, from the frequency set by the
CFFRQ number. Frequencies between Cal Factor data points are interpo-
lated linearly to 0.01 dB resolution.
