4. Remove the dust cover from the transceiver, as shown in Figure 187.

5. Verify the position of the handle on the transceiver. If the transceiver is
in slot 1 or 3, the handle should be in the upright position, as shown in
Figure 188 on page 302. If the transceiver is in slot 2 or 4, the handle
should be in the down position.
