To facilitate cross referencing, parameter
descriptions are keyed [ ] to the values given on
the PROMPT SHEET. These values are
defined as follows:

[Z] = Destination input location for result
[X] = Input location of X
[Y] = Input location of Y
[F] = Fixed Data (user specified floating

point number)
