- Druckbolzen (90/11)
herausziehen
- Sprengring (90/14) de-
montieren
- Einstellring (90/3) bis
zum Anschlag nach
links drehen und von
Antriebswelle (90/2)
abziehen
- Gewindestück (90/5)
herausdrehen
- Druckfeder (90/7), Fi-
xierstück (90/6) und
Kugel (90/13) heraus-
nehmen
- Antriebswelle (90/2)
kurz nach rechts dre-
hen, damit der Kup-
plungsbolzen (90/4) in
die Antriebswelle ein-
gedrückt wird, dann An-
triebswelle nach links
ganz herausdrehen
- Kupplungsbolzen
(90/4) herausdrücken.
- Der Zusammenbau er-
folgt sinngemäß in um-
gekehrter Reihenfolge
- Expulsar el perno de
presión (90/11)
- Desmontaje anillo de
sujeción
- Girar el árbol motor
(90/3) un poco hacia la
derecha, para que el
perno de acoplamiento
(90/2) se hunda en el
árbor motor
- Desatornillar la pieza
roscada (90/5)
- Desatornillar la sacar el
resorte de compresión
(90/7), la pieza de fija-
ción (90/6) con la bola
(90/13)
- Girar el árbol motor
(90/2) un poco hacia la
derecha, para que el
perno de acoplamiento
(90/4) se hunda en el
árbol motor; después
sacar el árbol motor gi-
randolo hacia la iz-
quierda.
- Empujar hacia afuera el
perno de acoplamiento
(90/4).
- El ensamblaje se re-
aliza análogamente
pero a la inversa.
- Espellere perno di
pressione (90/11)
- Smontaggio anello ela-
stico (90/14)
- Girare brevemente la
vite di comando (90/3)
verso destra in modo
che il bullone di accop-
plamento (90/2) venga
premuto nella vite di co-
mando
- Svitare il pezzo filettato
(90/5)
- Svitare la molla di com-
pressione (90/7), es-
trarre il pezzo di fissag-
gio (90/6) con la sfera
(90/13)
- Girare brevemente la
vite di comando (90/2)
verso destra in modo
che il bullone di accop-
piamento (90/4) venga
premuto nella vite di co-
mando, dopo estrarre la
vite di comando giran-
dola completamente a
sinistra.
- Estrarre il bullone di ac-
coppiamento (90/4).
- I montaggio avviene in
sequenza inversa
- Chasser le goujon de
pression (90/11)
- Démontage Jonc
(90/14)
- Faire légèrement tour-
ner l’arbre primaire
(90/3) vers la droite afin
que l’axe d’embrayage
(90/2)
- Dévisser la douille fi-
letée (90/5)
- Dévisser ôter le ressort
de compression (90/7),
le goujon d’assemblage
(90/6) avec bille (90/13)
- Faire légèrement tour-
ner l’arbre primaire
(90/2) vers la droite afin
que l’axe d’embrayage
(90/4) puisse être
pressé à l’intérieur puis
faire tourner l’arbre pri-
maire à fond vers la
gauche
- Extraire l’axe d’em-
brayage (90/4) par pres-
sion
- I’assemblage s’effectue
dans l’ordre inverse
- Push out trust pin
(90/11)
- Diassembly Snap ring
(90/14)
- Turn the drive shaft
(90/3) anticlockwise so
that the coupling pin
(90/2) is pressed into
the drive shaft
- Screw out the threaded
piece (90/5)
- Screw out the compres-
sion spring (90/7) and
remove the fixing piece
(90/6) with the ball
(90/13)
- Turn the drive shaft
(90/2) slightly clockwise
so that the coupling pin
(90/4) is pressed into
the drive shaft, then
turn the shaft anti-
clockwise to remove it
completely
- Press out the coupling
pin (90/4)
- For reassembly, re-
serve the above proce-
dure
