ville comlet (20/02)
Nettoyer toutes les
pièces et contrôler
qu’elles ne soient pas
endommagées -- les
changer si nécessaire.
- Desmontar los tornillos
de sujeción (20/29) y los
pasadores cilíndricos
(20/30)
- Quitar el husillo completo
(90) con la placa de
apoyo (20/11) y la tuerca
del husillo (20/09)
- Eventualmente sacar el
perno de presión (90/11)
del paquete de resortes
de disco
- Desatornillar los tornillos
de cuello (20/04)
- Desatornillar el tornillo
cilíndrico (20/22); cui-
dado con la obturación
(20/21)
- Sacar el paquete com-
pleto de resortes de
disco (20/02)
- Eventualmente sacar el
retén labial (20/23) del
espacio cilíndrico
- Smontare le viti di fissag-
gio (20/29) e le spine a
testa cilindrica (20/30)
- Estrarre la vite completa
(90) con la piastra di ap-
poggio (20/11) e la ma-
drevite (20/09)
- Eventualmente estrarre il
perno di pressione
(90/11) dall’insieme di
molle a tazza
- Svitare le viti di attacco
(20/04)
- Svitare le viti a testa cilin-
drica (20/22), fare atten-
zione alla guarnizione
(20/21)
- Estrarre completamente
l’insieme di molle a tazza
(20/02)
- Eventual. estrarre dal
vano cilindro la guarni-
zione con anello a sca-
nalatura (20/23)
- Démonter les vis de fixa-
tion (20/29) et les goupil-
les cylindriques (20/30)
- Démonter la broche
complète (90) avec pla-
que d’appui (20/11) et
vis-mère (20/09)
- Extraire si nécessaire
l’axe de poussée (90/11)
du paquet de ressorts
Belleville
- Dévisser les boulons à
embase (20/04)
- Dévisser la vis à tête cy-
lindrique (20/22), veiller à
la garniture (20/21)
- Extraire le paquet com-
plet de ressorts Belleville
(20/02)
- Oter le joint en U à lèvres
(20/23) de l’intérieur du
vérin si nécessaire
- Remove the mounting
bolts (20/29) and the pa-
rallel pins (20/30)
- Remove the complete
screw spindle assembly
(90) with the bearing
plate (20/11) and the
screw spindle nut
(20/09).
- If applicable, pull out the
thrust pin (90/11) from
the cup spring assembly
- Unscrew the shoulder
screws (20/04)
- Unscrew the cylinder
screw (20/22), pay atten-
tion to the seal (20/21)
- Pull out the cup spring
assembly (20/02)
- If necessary remove the
slotted ring (20/23) from
the cylinder chamber
- Befestigungs-Schrau-
ben (20/29) und Zylin-
derstifte (20/30) demon-
tieren
- Spindel komplett (90)
mit Lagerplatte (20/11)
und Spindelmutter
(20/09) abnehmen
- Gegebenenfalls Druck-
bolzen (90/11) aus Tel-
lerfederpaket herauszie-
hen
- Ansatzschrauben
(20/04) herausdrehen
- Zylinderschraube
(20/22) herausdrehen,
auf Dichtung (20/21)
achten
- Tellerfederpaket kom-
plett (20/02) herauszie-
hen
- Gegebenenfalls Nutring
(20/23) aus dem Zylin-
derraum entnehmen

Gr. 3:

Gr. 4:

marcha suave. Después de
cada montaje controlar la
fuerza de sujeción.

tipos RH vea el diagrama
de la fuerza de sujeción
pag. 34.
- Atencion: no separar el
paquete completo de
resortes de disco

Limpiar todas las pie-
zas y controlar si tienen
daños, en caso dado
habrá que recambiar.
