Preparing Business Continuity Manager command devices workflow
Use the following workflow to prepare the BCM command device that you will use to perform BC
Z pair tasks:
1. Assign a volume as the BCM command device.
2. From the host, set an Missing Interrupt Handler (MIH) value of at least 45 (seconds) for the
volume that is used as the BCM command device.
CAUTION: MIH values are used as I/O monitor time for volumes that are used as command
devices.
