Splitting pairs using consistency groups
A consistency group lets you perform tasks and change pair status on a group of BC Z pairs. With
consistency group (CG) pair-split, you can simultaneously split all of the pairs in a CG.
Using consistency group pair-split with shared volumes
If you share BC Z P-VOLs in a XP7 storage system with Cnt Ac-S Z or Cnt Ac-J Z S-VOLs, you can
use consistency group (CG) pair-split to keep BC Z S-VOLs consistent.
