Bias Setting
Background
Set internal or external bias voltage.
Panel Operation
1. Use the arrow menu keys (F1/F2)
to move the cursor to INT.B or
EXT.B.
2. Press INT (F3) to use internal
biasing.
3. Press EXT (F4) to use external
biasing.
4. Use the arrow menu keys to
highlight OFF/ON.
5. Press ON (F3) to turn bias voltage
on.
6. Press OFF (F4) to turn bias voltage
off.

Range Setting
Background
The range can be selected from 1 to 4. Different
ranges should be used for different components
and component values and to ensure accurate
readings.

or F4 (DOWN) to decrease the
range.
Constant Voltage Setting
Background
Constant voltage is usually used when a set
voltage is needed. For details about constant
voltage, see page 39.
