DESCRIPTION The PF_SET command sets the X mask and the
Y mask of the mask setting in the pass/fail
option.
The response to the PF_ SET? query indicates
the value of the X mask and the Y mask.

The following instruction sets the X mask to
0.4div and the Y mask to 0.5div of the mask
setting in the pass/fail option:
