LABEL DESCRIPTION
IP Address This field displays the IP address relative to the # field listed above.
Host Name This field displays the computer host name.
MAC Address This field shows the MAC address of the computer with the name in the Host Name
field.
Every Ethernet device has a unique MAC (Media Access Control) address. The MAC
address is assigned at the factory and consists of six pairs of hexadecimal characters,
for example, 00:A0:C5:00:00:02.
Refresh Click Refresh to renew the screen.
20.4 F/W Upload Screen
Find firmware at www.ZyXEL.com in a file that (usually) uses the system model name with a "*.bin"
extension, e.g., "ZyWALL.bin". The upload process uses HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) and may take
up to two minutes. After a successful upload, the system will reboot. See the Firmware and Configuration
File Maintenance chapter for upgrading firmware using FTP/TFTP commands.
Click MAINTENANCE, and then the F/W Upload tab. Follow the instructions in this screen to upload
firmware to your ZyWALL.
