8. Disconnect the EGC IN
and EGC OUT lines
from the INLET and
OUTLET fittings on the
EluGen cartridge (see
Figure 5-49 ).

9. Follow the instructions in the EluGen cartridge manual, provided on
the Dionex Reference Library CD-ROM (P/N 053891), to prepare an
expended EluGen cartridge for disposal or to store a partially used
EluGen cartridge for later use.
