Flow rate is set to 0
Set the flow rate from the ICS-2100 Control panel in Chromeleon or from the
touch screen
HOME page.
•
Eluent valve is closed
Open the eluent valve from the ICS-2100 Control panel in Chromeleon or
from the touch screen
PUMP page.
•
Pump not primed
Prime the pump (see Section 5.17 ).
•
Broken pump piston
Replace the piston (see Section 5.8 ).
•
Eluent generator degas tubing assembly ruptured
Replace the EluGen cartridge holder (see Section 5.19 ).

Pump needs priming
Prime the pump (see Section 5.17 ).
