Lincoln Electric ® offers two types of centralized welding fume extraction systems. Low vacuum/High volume solution has a source extraction
distance of 6" to 12" from the welding point and High vacuum/Low volume solution has a source extraction distance of 2" to 4" from the welding
point. Either system can be custom engineered for the welding application and facility layout. The Low vacuum/High volume system utilizes
source capture extraction arms that can be easily positioned into place by the operator and does not impede the welding process. The High
vacuum/Low volume system uses welding guns with integrated fume extraction or individual suction nozzles with various designs to adapt
to welding applications.
